Location: Pinsent Masons, 30 Crown Place, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4E

Transparency International’s new handbook ‘How to Bribe: a typology of bribe-paying and how to stop it' is designed to help individuals and companies anticipate, recognise, avoid, and resist bribery.

The tool, launching on 29 January, draws on Transparency International's global experience of legal cases and real-life stories to illustrate how bribes are paid in practice. The evening will take the format of a panel discussion and will cover the following themes:

  • The pitfalls of paying bribes and how to avoid them
  • Common and uncommon ways to bribe
  • How to increase sales and cut out bribery
  • Why bribery costs money and will lose you sales and your competitive advantage.

Our seasoned experts will discuss why everyone should read this new guide on How to Bribe and avoid falling into the trap of paying bribes. So far, the confirmed panelists are:

Karina Litvack (Former Head of Governance & Sustainable Investment, F&C Investments)
Tamara Northcott (Vodafone)
